Winter Brights

I’ve always been drawn to neutrals, especially during the colder months, but lately I’ve been stepping out of my comfort zone some with lots of bright colors!  We recently added a set of colored lights to the girls playroom, as well as some colored stockings and trees, and I love how they pop and add some to fun to an otherwise neutral space.

And fashion!  It’s so much easier to have fun with styles for little people, everything just looks so much cuter in pint-sized versions & obviously, they can pull off way more than we ever could.

Even garlands used as extra long necklaces. ๐Ÿ™‚

Right now, I’m loving bright colors on Waverly Maye, in fun silhouettes and with lots of sweet little details, and no one does that better than Little Skye.  They are the cutest children’s clothing boutique, with one-of-a-kind pieces that have a vintage, artful vibe and that just capture the joy & magic of childhood so well.  Their products are personally curated from around the world and they have pieces for children of all ages.  Along with the dress that Waverly is wearing above (which can be found here), which is from the Paper Wings clothing, I am in love with this one. It would be perfect for a special little birthday girl!

And right now, all Paper Wings for Little Skye and Blu Pony Vintage for Little Skye purchases through 12/15/2015 receive free shipping and a $25 gift card valid on future purchases for every $100 spent when you use the code BLGLS2015.  Also, make sure you check out Little Skye on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Annnnnnd, a couple sister pictures of both the girls in bright colors!

Happy Tuesday, friends!

i love the pop of hot pink! i too am drawn to neutrals almost always, but find myself putting the girls in much more color than i wear! random question… are those leggings or jeans on waverly? since potty training, i'm more reluctant to put my little one in a cute pair of skinny jeans, but they just seem to go with everything! thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

My clothes are so dang boring in comparison to my daughters! Always love how you dress your littles (x 2!)

The bright colors – yes! Your girls are entirely too cute, and the garland is a nice touch. ๐Ÿ™‚
Julia is wearing so much more color than anyone in our house right now, and I can't help but be slightly envious of how cute she makes all those bright colors look.

The picture of Waverly talking to Avalon with her hand on her face. I DIE. Seriously I don't know how you handle such cuteness everyday! ๐Ÿ™‚
