Our Week & Fashion Friday

Hello, Friday!!!  We are ready & excited for the first weekend in February, we are hosting a little Valentines playdate for Waverly’s girlfriends from school and of course will be celebrating the super bowl.  First though, a couple pictures from our week, including baby Avalon in a bonnet and Waverly in her Elsa costume, which she would wear alllllll day, everyday if we let her.

Avalon’s Dress

If it’s not the costume these days, it’s some other sort of outfit that she styles “all by myself, because I am big mommy!”.  Anyone else going through this?!  The fashion lover in me adores the fact that she likes to lay out her clothes every night, with every bow, necklace (sometimes two!), right next to it.  And that same exact part of me is trying so hard not to cringe over the bright blue & red necklace paired with the glitter pink headband.  Pick your battles, right?!!

In other fashion news, the biggest congratulations to Alexis Ainscough for winning last week’s giveaway to Zozu baby!  We are so excited for you, please email me at abrickner1@gmail.com to claim your prize.  If you are a small shop who would like to work together in the future, please contact me through the same email. 🙂

This week, the girls are rocking the cutest shirts from Little & Mighty.  I love the story of this company, three fellow mamas who who came together to celebrate childhood.  The shirts they sent over are soft, comfortable, so versatile, and we love the colors!  Tees like these are my favorite to pair with tutus or fun bloomers, they work now and will into the warmer weather as well.

The second picture is maybe my favorite example of mom life ever.  Never a dull moment.  Happiest weekend!!! XO

I love that she is picking costumes to wear! So cute, and will be so fun to remind her of when she's older. Enjoy the Valentine's playdate!

Oh how fun!! We want to come to your Valentine play date 😉 Mia seriously lives in dress ups when we are at home! Thank heavens it isn't a fight to get her out of them when we have to leave the house, but agreeing on the outfit she WILL wear out of the house is a different story, ha ha!
LOVE their little and mighty shirts!

The cutest girls!! Love Waverly's outfits…Cam's starting to want to dress himself, and I kind of hate it, but I kind of love when he comes out with a t-shirt and bowtie. It won't last forever. 😉

I have a feeling little miss Waverly is going to be just as much of a fashionista as her mama:) Totally agree with you on the picking battles thing – only way to keep your sanity, lol! And how stinkin cute are those Little and Mighty tees??? Adorable!:) Happy Friday, Ashley!
