Meeting Santa & Favorites

Happiest Friday from my little reindeer girls! 🙂

Avalons’ Top

My mom, brother & I took these two little ladies to see Santa.  My husband has been slammed at work (which is a good thing, but we miss him!), so they offered to come since the place we usually go is a little bit of a drive & a lot bit of a circus.  I definitely wouldn’t have stood a chance on my own.  You may remember our last attempts at Santa the past couple of years, we were two for two on epic fails of holiday photos.  During last year’s trip Waverly was so freaked out Santa had to actually get out of the chair to let me sit instead.  Sooooo with all that being said, I’m going to go ahead & consider this photo a win, Waverly definitely wasn’t thrilled about the whole thing but there were no tears!  My guess is we have Avalon to thank for that one.

Waverly turned towards Santa & said “I’ll have Paw Patrol” under her breath, then was officially over it and was out.  Also, a big shout-out to Bass Pro Shops for having the best Santa ever, and fun holiday activities to do while the kids wait, we love it there!

Some things we are loving, I ordered this maxi dress from Gap for myself, I love a good maxi dress year-round. I’m excited to pair it with a cardigan & booties now and than sandals this spring.  Is it too early to think spring?!  And one more dress for the ladies, I wore this denim one in our family pictures recently and I love it so much, so, so versatile!   And lastly, maybe my favorite of all week, Waverly telling me over and over that she wants to be Elsa for Christmas.  I don’t have the heart to to crush her dreams & tell her that’s just a Halloween thing.

Happy, HAPPY weekend!
XO

Your girls look like they handled Santa pretty well. Santa, on the other hand, looks a little cranky himself lol

Avalon looks so tiny in that first picture next to Waverly! Petite little thing. She and Vivian can join the itty bitty babies club together, lol!:) I think Waverly did a great job, and hopefully Santa will be visiting both of our houses this year with some Paw Patrol gifts in his bag;) Loving the outfit choices, as always, mama!
