Happy July 3rd, friends!! The Fourth of July has always been one of my favorite holidays, there’s just nothing better than cookouts, parades, and sparklers! This year we are going to a friends house for a festive breakfast followed by their neighborhood parade, hopefully will fit in a little beach time, and then spend some time with my parents later before the fireworks show. I honestly can’t remember the last time we actually made it to fireworks, though I am pretty sure it was before Waverly was born, so I guess that was five years ago. I have high hopes for tomorrow, I ordered the girls these headphones and am thinking positive that this will be our year. 🙂
I wanted to share some pictures I took of the girls in their red, white & blue, it’s no secret that I love a fun holiday look and it’s always so much fun putting them together! Avalon is actually still tiny enough to fit in the same romper she wore last year for the 4th, so I couldn’t resist putting her right back in it, and Waverly is wearing the cutest little set from the Victoria Beckam line for Target.
The girls relationship has really been changing lately as Avalon gets older and can talk more and just can do most of the things that Waverly can. It’s funny because now she
takes way less of Waverly all up in her face, but also wants to be around her (and do everything she does) more than ever. They can drive me the craziest but watching them together is so much fun.
