We love reading at our house, a book (or three) before bed is one of Waverly’s favorite nighttime activities & it’s the best way to get her to unwind after a busy day. We have developed quite the collection over the years, books are the one thing that I never feel guilty buying more and more of. I actually love looking at all the beautiful pictures myself, and have gotten into a routine of buying one for each holiday or birthday and writing little notes in it for both the girls. I already love looking back at ones that I got for Waverly during her first year!
So when Bookroo offered to send us a monthly subscription of their book boxes, I was all about it! 🙂 It’s no secret that we love a good package around here, the idea of one coming with an assortment of new books to read just couldn’t be better. Both girls were so excited when it arrived, it was the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon & a much-needed break from the hot weather.

Extra points for you if you noticed the random goggles that made their way to our book party, they have become Waverly’s new favorite accessory.
A subscription to Bookroo is super easy & affordable, click this link to find out more & to have a 15% off coupon sent to your in-box. You can choose between picture or board books, I chose the board books for Waverly but also love the idea of getting picture ones, too! You can also give this as a gift which I absolutely love, what mama wouldn’t love getting new books for her babes each month?

Lastly, if you have a favorite book for your babe, share below!!! And happy reading, friends!

Oh very cool!! I'll have to look into this!! Our favorites around here are the Little Blue Truck Series and The Bear series books!
Same! We love our books, too! I told Nathan that any time Mason asks for a book there is no way that I could say no. I love that he has a love for reading and pray that it continues as he grows up! I love that you write little notes in them. That is the sweetest! What a fun subscription box! I will have to check it out and see if they offer books for older kids. Love the pictures! And the goggles, too!
