HAPPY February!! We have obviously been pretending like its Valentines month for weeks now, with red & pink decor, heart-shaped styles & way too many sweet treats ... but now it just feels so much more legit. And I LOVE it!

We spent a good part of our weekend putting the finishing touches on our Valentines decor. I have decided that February decorations are officially the best ever, it's an excuse to make the house all types of glittery & girly. I will gladly take it, until the end of the month even though Valentines Day hits on the 14th.
And of course, the need for hearts all over anything Waverly wears is at an an all-time high. We have stocked up on lots of shirts & dresses with hearts on them, but especially love pairing any basic with theme accessories. This headband from Willow Crowns is so fun & festive, just how we like it.
After embracing February, we were so excited for a really good reason to have a Sunday Fun-day. We honestly aren't the biggest professional football fans ever, but will never pass up an opportunity for a celebration.
Or to dress in a theme. :) Waverly's hat is actually from last year, when she was six months old. I would be lying if I said it hasn't been displayed in her hat drawer since then, I couldn't wait for her to wear it again!!
After two weeks of freezing weather & snow, some warm temps made for a perfect afternoon. Waverly Maye loved the football & actually was really impressive!! She definitely didn't get that from me. Her love for being outside though, she definitely did.
It's now been a pretty solid two weeks that I have been home with this lady, today marks the first day I have been back to work since our crazy snowstorm. I really did hope for a third, this time un-predicted storm all night long, but no such luck. ;) Maybe they will just let us stay home for Valentines Day?!!
Hope you all had the best weekend & a special thank you for ALL the support for the "It's The Little Things" link-up last week. We can't wait to read your posts again this Wednesday.
